Please carefully inspect your merchandise immediately upon receipt. If any item does not meet your approval, you may return it to us within 10 days for a refund. Please be aware that a 14 to 21-day business turnaround is required. Return shipping and insurance costs are the responsibility of the customer. PARD is not responsible for returned merchandise that is damaged during shipping.
- To start a return, If you buy from pard.com, you can contact us at [email protected]. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. if you bought from other channels, we ask you to first contact the seller where you purchased the product and provide them with at least 48 hours to respond to your request before contacting PARD.
- Returns must be made within the time limit specified in our Return Policy.
- Returned products must be in brand new condition and have all original manufacturers packaging, materials, and accessories.
- Items that qualified for free shipping at the time of purchase, that are being returned, will have our standard shipping charges deducted from the refund. The return shipping cost is not refundable.
